Infinity Yacht Charters sends word that the 74-foot Hatteras motoryacht Northern Light is available this summer in Alaska.
Northern Light is a 1987 build that was refitted in 2008. She accommodates six guests in three staterooms, including a master with a king-size bed, a guest stateroom with a queen-size bed and another guest stateroom with a pair of single beds. The two guest staterooms share a bathroom, making them ideal for parents and children.
The yacht’s preferred itineraries are from Juneau to Sitka or vice versa, which is a route that I’ve done and absolutely loved. It offers all kinds of sightings: whales, bears, glaciers and icebergs alike. The route also allows for some shoreside stops where you can either indulge in a little retail therapy or get to know more about the local culture, including the fascinating history of carving totem poles.
Northern Light is available with either two or three crew, depending on what your charter party requires. The lowest weekly base rate ranges from $20,000 to $22,000 depending on the number of crew.
