Vitters Sailing Yacht Cinderella IV Has Mediterranean Availability

The 127-footer has dates open in Spain's Balearic Isles as well as France and Italy

McMaster Yachts sends word that the 127-foot Vitters sailing yacht Cinderella IV has availability this summer in Spain’s Balearic Isles as well as throughout the West Mediterranean.

The yacht’s current options and bookings are for July 5-12 and August 10-24, with both of those charters scheduled in France and Italy. All other dates remain open, in those locations as well as in Spain.

I was most recently on board Cinderella IV in spring 2010, when she was displayed at the MYBA Charter Yacht Show in Genoa, Italy. She is a 2009 launch designed by the award-winning Bill Tripp to be comfortable while achieving speeds the low 20-knot range. There are two cockpits, one for crew and one for guests, which means the crew can do the work of sailing the yacht separately while guests relax in a space that is protected from wind and weather.

Interior design aboard Cinderella IV is by Donald Starkey, who used natural patterns and coordinating wood grains in mahogany, cherry, anger and more to create a classic, sumptuous look. There’s no “master” cabin, so to speak, but instead four guests cabins with similar-size beds for all eight guests.

Also noteworthy is that with the air conditioning turned off, Cinderella IV’s generator is not required to run its other essential features. Instead, they can be powered by a bank of lithium batteries. For charter clients, this means that when the yacht shuts down at night, and if air conditioning is not desired, there will be virtually zero noise coming from the engine room. With the guest cabin hatches open, the only sounds will be the lapping surf in protected bays.

The lowest weekly base rate is €75,000 to charter Cinderella IV in the Mediterranean this summer. Any reputable charter broker can tell you more or help you book a week on board.
