Edmiston and Company sends word that the 163-foot Perini Navi sailing yacht Silencio is expected to be based in Antigua by November 24, just in time for a Thanksgiving yacht charter in the northern Caribbean islands.
Silencio is a 2001 build that most recently was refit in 2012. She accommodates eight to 10 guests in four or five staterooms, depending on whether charter guests want to use the full-beam master suite on its own or divide it into two double-bed staterooms. The entire interior is by noted interior designer Christian Liaigre, with cherry woodwork and light-tone, contemporary fabrics and furnishings.
Also noteworthy is Silencio‘s sailing pedigree. She is more than just a pretty yacht, having earned first place in the competitive 2013 Perini Navi Cup regatta off Sardinia, Italy. Charter clients who want to enjoy some exhilarating sailing by day will not be disappointed. Just look at that enormous spinnaker flying in the photograph at right!
The lowest weekly base rate is $150,000 to charter Silencio in the Caribbean this winter. Any reputable charter broker can tell you more or help you secure the dates for a Thanksgiving charter out of Antigua.
