Sunreef Yachts Charter sends word that the 70-foot Sunreef powercatamaran Damrak II will be staying in the Maldives throughout the month of September, which means there are still a few weeks to book a charter aboard this great family yacht in the exotic island destination.
Damrak II is a 2011 build that accommodates eight guests in four staterooms. She spent this past winter in Southeast Asia, offering charters in destinations such as Thailand and Malaysia. She’s now working her way back toward the Caribbean, and the owner wants to make the most of the yacht’s time in the Indian Ocean this month by encouraging Maldives charter bookings.
I was onboard Damrak II during late 2011 in Antigua. At the time, she was the newest of three 70-foot Sunreef powercatamarans available for charter worldwide, and she was built for an experienced owner who made some smart upgrades. They include enhancements to the guest cabins as well as more powerful engines that bring a faster top speed. Damrak II also has the lovely interior decor for which Sunreef has become quite well known.
The lowest weekly base rate to charter Damrak II in the Maldives this month is €39,000. Any reputable charter broker can tell you more or help you secure last-minute cruising dates.
