I understand that you are from Tuscany. That is the home to some of my favorite cuisine in all the world.
Italian is very much my specialty. I love to cook fish, pasta, and risotto. I went to culinary school in Tuscany and worked at the Hotel Danielle in Venice, which taught me international cuisine such as sushi and Mediterranean recipes.
Do you offer special meals to charter clients who have dietary needs?
Vegetarian is easy. We have a chief engineer who is a bodybuilder, so we can do whatever plan is needed. We have done three-week plans for him before all of his bodybuilding shows.
I also have to comment on your height. You are one of the tallest chefs I have ever seen on a yacht.
Yes, I guess you could say that I am a high-level cook. Ha!
