Camper & Nicholsons International is celebrating the news that the 137-foot Cizgi motoryacht E&E just won the La Belle Classe Explorer Award from the Monaco Yacht Club for her commitment to the environment.
Built in 2011, E&E burns 34 gallons of fuel per hour at a cruising speed of 11 knots (similar yachts, according to Camper, burn 132 gallons at that speed). The use of plastic is banned on board, and only biodegradable products are used to clean the boat. Wherever E&E cruises, the crew pick up litter, whether it be on the sea or on the beaches.
E&E accommodates 10 guests in five staterooms, including a full-beam master. Her cruising grounds this summer are expected to be in Turkey, at a lowest weekly base rate of €115,000.
Any reputable charter broker can tell you more about E&E or help you book a week on board for an eco-friendly yacht charter.
