Nicholson Yachts is kicking off the week with news that the 115-foot classic schooner Eros is knocking $4,000 off her weekly base rate through August 31 in New England.
Eros launched in 1939 at Brooks Motor Craft in Britain. She became part of the Royal Navy during World War II and then returned to the waters as a private yacht in the Mediterranean.
Her current owners have had her since 1992, and have made it their goal to complete a museum-quality restoration of the classic sailing yacht.
Eros accommodates eight guests in four staterooms. The master has a queen-size bed, the VIP has a double, and the remaining two guest staterooms have upper-and-lower berths with a shared bathroom.
Any reputable charter broker can tell you more about Eros or help you book her with the newly announced incentive rate before the end of August in New England.
