Northrop and Johnson tells me the 116-foot Crescent motoryacht Unbridled has added a PADI-certified dive instructor and is now offering scuba to charter clients, including those who want to learn the sport on board during a charter in the Caribbean, Florida or the Bahamas.
Unbridled is a 1995 build that completed a $6 million refit in 2015. That work included the installation of a new interior, along with technology updates of the audiovisual system, which now includes iPad and Crestron controls.
She accommodates eight guests in four staterooms. The master has a king-size bed, two guest staterooms have queen-size beds, and the remaining guest stateroom has twins.
Also noteworthy, given that Unbridled is now offering scuba, is that the charter rate includes a 32-foot Boston Whaler tender. It not only should be a great platform for diving, but also is prepared for charter guests interested in serious fishing. Equipment on the fishing front includes Shimano reels and a deep-drop electric reel.
The lowest weekly base rate is $60,000 to charter Unbridled this summer. Any reputable charter broker can tell you more or help you book a week aboard.
