A couple of weeks ago, Nicholson Yachts sent word that the 93-foot CNB sailing yacht Savarona and the 108-foot Alloy sailing yacht Marae had both received VIP flags for “front-row” charters during the America’s Cup in Bermuda next year.
Now comes word from Nicholson that another yacht, the 72-foot schooner Bonnie Lynn, also will be in Bermuda for the big event.
Bonnie Lynn is a 1998 build that was refit in 2001. She takes six guests overnight, but also has the distinction of being able to take as many as 32 guests for day charters. (Can anyone say “America’s Cup watch party”?)
This summer, Bonnie Lynn is in New England. The lowest weekly base rate is $12,500 for six guests.
