Yet another deal has come across my desk this week for late-season Mediterranean yacht charter. This time, Ocean Independence tells me the 89-foot Maiora motoryacht Quo Vadis is giving eight days for the price of seven in Spain’s Balearic Isles, as long as charter dates begin at the end of August or during September.
Quo Vadis is a 2009 build that accommodates eight guests in four staterooms. The owner has equipped her with a powerful stereo system and water toys including a Seabob, a Sea-Doo, scuba gear and more.
The yacht bases in Palma de Mallorca, which means her crew have solid local knowledge of possible charter itineraries throughout the Balearic archipelago. With a cruising speed of 22 knots and a top speed of 27 knots, Quo Vadis should be able to minimize the cruising time between islands and maximize the time spent on beaches, shopping in town or whatever else charter guests want to do.
The weekly base rate is €44,000 to charter Quo Vadis, including the bonus 8th day this autumn.
Any reputable charter broker can tell you more or help you book one of the last remaining weeks aboard this season.
