More big-discount news this week from Ocean Independence. On Monday, I told you about the 203-foot Amels motoryacht Sarah giving a 30-percent discount for the first week of September. Now comes word that charter clients can also get a 30-percent price break when chartering the 116-foot Horizon motoryacht Wheels.
The only condition on the Wheels discount is that the charter must be 10 days or longer. Itineraries can be accommodated in either the South of France or Italy.
Wheels is a 2002 build that accommodates 10 guests. I was on board Wheels about three years ago in Italy, where the yacht showed quite well. She has an elegant interior decor for a motoryacht her size, done by Evan K. Marshall, who typically works aboard much larger megayachts. The owner was continuing to maintain the yacht and add new features to entice charter clients, including an iMerge entertainment system. Wheels also offers zero-speed stabilizers, which can be hard to find aboard charter yachts in her size range.
With the newly announced 30-percent discount, the lowest weekly base rate to charter Wheels drops from €66,500 to €46,550. That’s an even lower rate than the owner offered last summer to fill some last-minute calendar gaps.
Any reputable charter broker can tell you more about Wheels or help you book a week onboard in the West Mediterranean at the newly announced 30-percent discount.
