Atalanta Golden Yachts sends word from Greece that the 170-foot Golden Yachts motoryacht O’Neiro has booked a two-week charter in the Red Sea. When that charter ends on November 7, the yacht will become available for additional charters in the Red Sea at a lowest weekly base rate of €167,000.
An eight-day itinerary suggested by Capt. Nikos Demertzis starts in Hurghada, Egypt, or in Port Said, which is close to Cairo if you would like to explore that city. The yacht would then move to Safaga, Egypt, which is within touring distance of the city of Luxor. Next is Sahl Hasheesh Bay, which offers beaches, swimming, and snorkeling along coral reefs.
From there, O’Neiro could move to El Gouna, Egypt, which offers two days’ worth of exploration in town as well as along the local beaches. The next stop is Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, which also offers enough on-shore exploring that the captain recommends two days of touring.
Finally, the yacht will finish its itinerary in either Eilat, Israel, or in Petra, Jordan, depending on your preference. Eilat is within close proximity of Jerusalem, if you want to continue with a land-based tour after the charter ends.
O’Neiro is a 2007 build that typically charters in Greece and Turkey, taking as many as 14 guests with 11 crew. Any reputable charter broker can tell you more about the yacht, help you get references from previous charter clients, or help you book a week onboard this winter in the Red Sea.
