Churchill Yacht Partners has welcomed the 157-foot Christensen motoryacht Lady Joy to the charter fleet. The yacht is expected to base in the Bahamas this winter and is now taking inquiries for Christmas, New Year’s and Easter bookings.
Lady Joy is a 2007 build that most recently was refitted in 2017. She’s been available for charter, at least on and off, since her launch. (I was on board in December 2007, when Lady Joy entered the charter market in the Caribbean ahead of her debut summer season in the Mediterranean.)
This winter, Lady Joy is expected to charter in the Bahamas, where she has Christmas and New Year’s availability. She accommodates 12 guests in six staterooms. Her interior fineries include everything from artwork by Pablo Picasso to table settings by Hermes, Raynaud and Christofle.
Water toys for outdoor fun include a 39-foot custom tender kitted out for fishing, a 15-foot inflatable tender with tow post for water skiing and wakeboarding, Wave Runners, Seabobs, a Flyboard, standup paddleboards, kayaks, a water trampoline, snorkeling gear and more.
The lowest weekly base rate is $225,000 to book a week aboard Lady Joy. Any reputable charter broker can tell you more.
